• All orders are shipped directly from our partners in Asia.

• Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Average delivery times:

  • Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland: 12–20 business days.

  • Iceland: 15–25 business days.

• You’ll always receive a tracking number within 7 days.

• In some cases, local customs fees may apply.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• You have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.

• The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

• Customized or intimate products cannot be returned.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are issued through the same payment method used at checkout.

• Processing time is up to 10 business days after confirmation of the return.

• If your order doesn’t arrive within 45 calendar days, you can request a full refund.
